Following the open meeting held at St. Columba’s Church on Thursday 11th June those in attendance unanimously showed their support for pursuing the opportunity for Hallam FC to become a club owned by its fans and the wider community.

To ensure that transparency is embraced from the beginning and momentum is continued, we are delighted to share with you the slides that were presented by the Football Supporters Association, whom we are working with to facilitate the change from our current unincorporated status to being fan owned. Furthermore, we also attach a template of the model rules that we will consult on.

We have some flexibility within the rules to ensure that they are tailored to the needs of Hallam FC and will work with fans to determine the new constitution.

As discussed at the meeting, the committee is now ensuring that the right procedure is followed to oversee the move from the current status and ensuring that there is a valid membership to officially vote for any change at an AGM.

We will update supporters when we have a clearer indication as to the next steps as soon as we have clarity.
