Following a meeting of the current committee on Wednesday, 9 th September, I am now able to
announce the details of the AGM 2025/26.
The AGM
Date of AGM: Wednesday 14 th October @ 7pm.
Attendees: Both 2025/26 and 2026/27 Season Ticket holders are eligible to attend and vote.
Voting excludes anyone under the age of 18, and a Family Membership counts as one vote.
Due to the timeframe Proxy Votes will not be permitted.
Nominations for committee members will commence on 16 th September and the final date of
submissions will be 30 th September.
Nominations should be sent to secretary@hallamfc.co.uk and nominations must include a Proposer
and a Seconder and the position applying for. You may nominate yourself.
All nominations must hold a current season ticket (2026/27)
The final Agenda will be available on 7th October at the latest.
Vacancies
Our current constitution permits a maximum of 25 elected members (Committee).
Hallam FC will be looking for committed nominations for the positions of:
Chairman
Vice-Chairman
Club Secretary
Treasurer
Committee & Constitution Secretary.
Head of Commercial / Marketing
The current committee also feels that there should be a minimum of 3 additional positions, initially
without any specific role. The current committee also wishes you all to consider and support diversity.
It should be noted that I have taken on the role of Club Secretary supported by the current board.
