My apologies for the lack of contact this week, it’s certainly been a very busy one, with plenty to do. It’s
been every day, and often into the night, with no let-up for this exceptional leadership group
Once we get fully underway, I intend to provide regular updates, along with initiatives and club news off
the pitch.
Although I’m currently in Europe on business, and the leadership group is balancing personal
commitments, the importance of Hallam Football Club to each of us and to you all has driven an
outstanding effort. I’ve just finished a Teams meeting with the leadership group; it was great to catch up,
share the week’s experiences, review the challenges set, and measure the progress made so far.
To date, we have designed a club operating structure, with clear cost centres and defined areas of
responsibility, including:
– Commercial.
– Finance.
– Governance / Compliance.
– Football Operations.
– Retail / Operations.
– Stadium / Operations.
– Media
– Catering.
Further detail will follow over the coming weeks, including individuals’ contact information and roles, once
everything is fully confirmed.
Commercial opportunities are already coming in, including match sponsorship, match ball sponsorship,
