The AGM is to be held on 14th October and it has been stated there will be no proxy voting.
However the committee accepts that not all members (season ticket holders 2025/6 and 2926/7) will be able to attend the meeting and may wish to vote. Therefore we will permit postal votes.
More information regarding the postal address will follow. The voting on the evening will also be by secret ballot and counted on the night by independent appointed personell.
