NOTICE OF POSTPONEMENT OF THURSDAY 30TH JULY 2026

Due to unforeseen legal obstacles the Committee have made the decision to postpone the AGM planned for Thursday 30th July and we are currently looking to reschedule for the end of August, with the exact date and details to be confirmed in due course.

The Committee remain committed to pursuing the transfer to becoming a Community Benefit Society with a new constitution. A number of unforeseen legal obstacles have presented themselves which mean we need to review the process that we planned to ensure the assets of the club (i.e. the Youdan Cup and Sandygate ground) are fully protected and that the process that we outlined previously to confirm the new constitution is legally correct.

The postponement is deemed necessary to provide the Committee with adequate time to evaluate a strategic and legal transition that is beneficial for the club and its members. Please bear with us, we want to ensure that the decisions made by the members are constitutional and rather than rush the process we want to make sure that the advice which we give is accurate and legal.

When the AGM is held it will be open to all season ticket holders for the season 2026 – 2027, aged 18 or over, who will also have voting rights.
