Hallam FC 2 - 2 Goole AFC

In a thrilling match at Sandygate where the Hallam volunteers put forth an excellent effort to ensure the match was played. Their opponents, Goole AFC, arrived with a desperate need for points to secure their position in the division. The game kicked off with Goole taking the lead in the 5th minute, but it took another 10 minutes before Chris Salt equalized for Hallam, courtesy of a precise cross from Scott Ruthven.

The second half saw Hallam seize the advantage from the penalty spot, with Jamie Buttle confidently slotting the ball home, leaving the keeper with no chance. However, just as victory seemed within reach for Hallam, Goole struck back with a dramatic 90th-minute free kick, finding the net from just outside the Hallam area.

In the end, the points were shared at Sandygate, but the fans were treated to an exciting match.
