Worsborough 6Ian Jones and John Wiseman from www.hallamfc.co.uk caught up with Joint Manager Ryan Hindley following Hallam’s 2-1 win at Worsbrough Bridge Athletic on Saturday. Goals from Tyler Bradley and Tom Wilson clinched an important three points for the Countrymen to see them improve to tenth in the Toolstation NCEL Division One table

Ryan, up to tenth after a good win today with justice maybe done after the floodlight failure earlier in the season. Did you feel that the late penalty distorted the score line a little? Park Road is always a tough place to go and the home side play the pitch well, so how convincing was the win?

Justice done – It was a proper NCEL game, I enjoyed our performance. Our work rate was outstanding. We had some brilliant performances out there today. We just need more consistency now.

What pleased you most about today's performance, how did you think Alex Rippon did on his first start for the club, and who else stood out for you?

Alex is finding is feet and will only get fitter and better with game time. They were all good collectively. I couldn’t single anyone out.

A week now to prepare for the visit of Brigg Town next Saturday. The 5-0 win at The Hawthorns was one of the best results of the season so far; they are inconsistent but dangerous on their day. What should the fans expect next Saturday?

We will be in this week working hard to make sure we put in another big performance Saturday. It’s another cup final for us if we are to stand a chance of getting in the top four.
