Sam Edwards is a Nottinghamshire-based artist who started painting football grounds several years ago. He grew up watching non-league football and so has a natural interest in the grass-roots game. He decided to mix his hobby of painting with his love of football, and embarked on a project to paint non-league grounds. The purpose of his project is to help clubs raise money (in the case of Hallam FC for their Snowflake charity appeal) during this pandemic. He has a selection of prints available and also takes commissions for original paintings and has often been commissioned to create paintings of homes and business premises too.
